# Asset notes and provenance

## Hardware and software
- iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 27.0.1, MeowDisplay 2.0.0 from the App Store. Native landscape screenshots, 2796 × 1290.
- iPad (9th generation), iPadOS 27.0.1, MeowDisplay 2.0.0 from the App Store. Native landscape screenshots, 2160 × 1620.
- MacBook Air (M2), macOS 27.0, MeowDisplay 2.0.0 for Mac (notarized GitHub release). Mac app window captures, 1638 × 1576 (window only, no desktop).

## Method
Live sessions between the released apps, not Demo Mode and not the simulator. The devices were driven by an XCUITest runner attached to the App Store app; nothing was rebuilt or replaced. Demonstration content: meowdisplay.app in Safari and two TextEdit documents written for the shoot. Orientation was applied and all metadata removed on export.

## Edits
- Screenshots are unedited except: iPhone and iPad window-picker images are cropped to the header and first row of windows to exclude unrelated windows, and in the iPhone and iPad Stage Peek screenshots the external-display thumbnail is blurred to remove a third-party desktop wallpaper whose rights could not be verified.
- Mockups place screenshots, scaled to the exact screen size, inside Apple's iPhone 14 Pro Max (Space Black) frame. Promotional graphics show the Mac app as an unframed window screenshot.
- No MacBook mockup is provided: Apple's marketing-artwork licence covers apps available on the App Store, and the Mac app is distributed directly.
- No iPad (9th generation) mockup is provided: Apple no longer publishes that frame, and no other rights-cleared frame was available. iPad images are provided as screenshots.
- B-roll is trimmed from the screen recordings of the same sessions. No speed changes, overlays, captions, audio or logos.
